          How long does delivery take?

          Up to 24 hours. It is triple layer vacuum insulated stainless steel, which is also why it never leaves a sweat ring on your desk.

          Is the lid actually leakproof?

          The push button lid has a lock. Locked, it stays shut sideways in a bag. Unlocked, you get a built in straw and a wide gulp opening from the same lid.

          How do I clean them?

          The tumbler is BPA free and dishwasher safe on the top rack. The plush is surface washable, spot clean with a damp cloth and let him air dry.
